The Southeast Center of Excellence (SECOE) is part of a statewide network, funded under an agreement with BlueCare Tennessee, of five regional Centers of Excellence dedicated to enhancing the quality of services provided to children in, or at-risk of entering, the Tennessee child welfare or juvenile justice systems. The SECOE is dedicated to improving behavioral health services by providing evaluation and consultation for children with complex behavioral, psychological and psychiatric problems. Referral questions may include mental health, developmental, medication, or placement concerns, and our services extend to the Tennessee Valley region, which includes Hamilton, Bradley, Polk, McMinn, Meigs, Rhea, Marion, Bledsoe, and Sequatchie counties.
